This Privacy Policy explains how KKKonsulting LLC, a company established in the Sharjah

Free Zone, United Arab Emirates (“RYNR”, “we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and

protects personal data in connection with the RYNR website and software-as-a-service platform

(the “Services”).

RYNR provides a white-label SaaS platform based on third-party infrastructure and integrations.

This Privacy Policy applies to business users, website visitors, and other individuals whose

personal data is processed in connection with the Services.

1. Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to personal data processed through:

  • The RYNR website

  • The RYNR SaaS platform

  • Customer onboarding and account management

  • Communications with RYNR (email, support, sales)

It does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, or services that may be linked to or

integrated with RYNR. Such third parties operate under their own privacy policies.

RYNR is a business-to-business (B2B) platform. The Services are not intended for personal

consumer use.

2. Data Controller and Data Processor Roles

RYNR as Data Controller

RYNR acts as Data Controller for personal data it processes for its own purposes, including:

  • Website visitors

  • Customer account contacts

  • Sales, billing, and support communications

  • Marketing communications (where permitted by law)

RYNR as Data Processor

RYNR acts as Data Processor for personal data uploaded, stored, or processed by Customers

through the Services (“Customer Data”).

In this context:

  • The Customer is the Data Controller

  • The Customer determines the purposes and legal basis of processing

  • RYNR processes Customer Data solely on documented instructions and under contractual agreements

RYNR is not responsible for the legality, accuracy, or compliance of Customer Data.

3. Types of Data We Collect

3.1 Account and Business Contact Data

  • Name

  • Business email address

  • Phone number

  • Company name

  • Job title

  • Account credentials

3.2 Customer-Uploaded Data

Data uploaded or generated by Customers through the platform, including:

  • CRM records

  • Contact data

  • Messages, call logs, workflows

RYNR does not independently verify Customer Data.

3.3 Usage and Technical Data

  • IP address

  • Device and browser information

  • Login timestamps

  • Platform usage events

  • Error logs and diagnostics

3.4 Communication Data

  • Emails

  • Support tickets

  • Call or message metadata

3.5 Cookies and Tracking Data

Identifiers collected via cookies, pixels, SDKs, or similar technologies as described in Section11.

4. Purposes of Data Processing

RYNR processes personal data for the following purposes:

  • Providing and operating the Services

  • Platform security and abuse prevention

  • Marketing and business communications (where permitted)

  • Legal and regulatory compliance

Where required under applicable data protection laws, RYNR relies on the following legal bases:

  • Legitimate interests – to operate, secure, and improve the platform

6. AI, Automation, and Machine-Generated Data

RYNR offers features that use automation and artificial intelligence, including chat, voice,

workflow execution, and content generation.

  • Customer inputs may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers to deliver requested functionality

  • AI-generated outputs are automated results, not verified facts

  • RYNR does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs

  • Customers remain fully responsible for the use of AI-generated content

RYNR instructs AI service providers to process data solely to deliver the requested functionality.

Third-party provider terms and configurations apply.

RYNR is not responsible for decisions or actions taken based on AI-generated outputs.

7. Third-Party Services and Sub-Processors

RYNR relies on third-party services to operate the platform, including but not limited to:

  • White-label CRM and automation infrastructure

  • Cloud hosting providers

  • AI processing services

  • Email, SMS, voice, and messaging providers

  • Analytics and tracking tools

  • Payment processors (e.g., Stripe)

These third parties act as sub-processors and process data under contractual obligations. Eachoperates under its own privacy policies.

RYNR does not control third-party services beyond contractual scope and is not responsible for

their independent practices

8. International Data Transfers

RYNR operates internationally. Personal data may be transferred from the United Arab Emirates

to other jurisdictions, including the United States, where RYNR or its sub-processors operate.

Data transfers may occur for:

  • Platform hosting and infrastructure

  • Analytics and tracking

  • AI processing

  • Communications delivery

Where required, RYNR implements appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections. Data

protection standards may vary by jurisdiction.

By using the Services, users acknowledge and accept such international data transfers.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

RYNR retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this

Privacy Policy or as required by law.

  • Account data is retained while the account remains active

  • Customer Data is retained according to Customer instructions and contractual terms

  • Certain records may be retained for legal, accounting, or security reasons

Customers may request deletion of data subject to applicable legal obligations.

10. Data Security

RYNR implements technical and organizational security measures appropriate to the nature of

the data, including access controls, encryption, and monitoring.

However, no system is completely secure. RYNR does not guarantee absolute security and

disclaims liability for unauthorized access beyond reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for safeguarding their credentials and access configurations

RYNR uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies on its website and platform for:

For Customer Data, individuals should primarily contact the relevant Customer as Data

Controller. RYNR assists Customers as a processor where contractually required.

Customers are responsible for:

• Lawful collection and use of personal data

• Obtaining required consents

• Compliance with marketing and communication laws

• Configuration of automations and messaging

• Accuracy and legality of Customer Data

RYNR does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee compliance with local marketing

regulations or message deliverability.

14. Children’s Data

The Services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. RYNR does not knowingly

process children’s personal data.

15. Changes to this Privacy Policy

RYNR may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted with an

updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated

policy.
