RYNR is the sales system for freight forwarders. Every quote gets an owner, a deadline and an automatic follow-up, next to your TMS. RYNR was founded by Karsten Kaya, a freight forwarder with more than 20 years in the industry.

No. Your TMS stays. RYNR is the sales and marketing layer that connects to it, so quotes and leads get followed up automatically instead of going cold.

Yes. The self-serve plans Standard, Professional and Premium come with a 30-day free trial, so you can test RYNR in your real sales environment before you pay. Managed starts with an onboarding setup and has no trial.

RYNR does not replace your TMS, ERP or operational freight tools. It connects on top of them and handles sales communication, follow-ups and pipeline visibility across the tools you already use.

Yes. RYNR is built for international freight forwarders and logistics service providers, not adapted from a generic sales tool.

Self-serve plans can be cancelled at any time during the 30-day trial at no charge. After the trial they are billed monthly or yearly and can be cancelled at the end of the current billing period. Managed has a minimum term of 90 days or 6 months, as set out in your order form.
